Obas Nenor: My Way Home (Gil Scott Heron) Vinyl 12"

Heat alert! Obas Nenor makes his vinyl debut on Moodymann's Mahogani Music imprint with a lovely soulful house take on Gil Scott Heron's "Home Is Where The Hatred Is." Ya'll should already be very familiar with the GSH original, and here Obas Nenor chops it up for the dancefloor while adding thumpin' kicks for that extra bump. Flipside features another sample driven joint - the funky disco house number, "Change Got To Come." Recommended.
