"Beatitudes is the follow up beat tape to A Wonderful Letter. The album is a collection of gospel sample-based beats from the legendary DJ J.Rocc. The cover is a homage to the work of a painter known as Harvey, an artist who painted sleeves in the 1960s for gospel and jazz albums on Savoy Records and its subsidiary labels Gospel, Regent, and Sharp." - Stones Throw
instrumental album from DJ + beatmaker J.Rocc of the World Famous Beat Junkies, based on samples from gospel records
