Ginger Root: Loretta (Colored Vinyl) Vinyl 7"

"'Loretta' is the second single off of City Slicker. The clear imprint of City Pop is evident on this one with Ginger Root delivering a track that is as infectious as something from artists like Mariya Takeuchi or Shintaro Sakamoto. 'Loretta' feels like a track you might overhear playing on a speaker at the beach. The City Pop blended with Indie Pop leaves the listener with an extremely fun and infectious track Less than a year after a release 'Loretta' has collected 20 million streams and created a fervent following including the likes of Mariya Takeuchi and Khruangbin. Loretta is riddled with influence from City Pop and Idol Era stars of Japan." - Acrophase Records
