Dan Shake: Shake Edits 2 Vinyl 12"

Heat alert! Following an impressive debut on Moodymann's Mahogani imprint and a couple highly sweated 12"s, UK's Dan Shake returns with more prime time material for the dance floor. Shake Edits 2 utilizes a potent combination of heavily filtered soul breaks with tough, pounding kicks to light up the floor every time. Check the sound on "Northern Merry" and "Get It Together," and it's easy to hear why these cuts are already in heavy rotation with the likes of Daphni, Gilles Peterson, Soul Clap, and many others. Don't expect copies to linger on the shelf for long. Recommended.
