"Blawan releases BouQ, his third EP on XL Recordings. The title and closing track continues to display the magic of his off-kilter brand of menacing post-dubstep and ethereal yet intense techno. Lead single 'Fires' sees Blawan level up his signature distorted, syncopated production, with a vocal hook that gives it an increased urgency over the rolling, pulsing beats. Having played the songs from BouQ throughout the summer, including at his curated stage at Draaimolen and Overmono’s Pure Devotion, support has also come from Four Tet and Skrillex." - XL Recordings
