Natural tones are set to driving beats, creating richly textured music that you almost want to call electro-acoustic house. Every element seems to have found its place, whether its the warbling melody that sneaks into \"Brueder\" (sounding more than a little like \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.com\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=Boards+Of+Canada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBoards Of Canada\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e) or the seemingly lost staccato notes that round out the sublime \"New York Blues.\" Warmth is all around this record, the duo's preference for soft tones about as welcoming a sound as you could wish for. It's loose and unhurried music that seems to defy categorization as much as it, most likely, doesn't care for it. Six tracks in all.
