A few years went by before the title appeared again on early rumored tracklists for \u003cem\u003eDear Tommy\u003c\/em\u003e, the band’s long-awaited follow up to \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.com\/search?\u0026amp;q=Kill%20For%20Love\u0026amp;filter=Brand\/Manufacturer\/Artist_fq:%22Chromatics%22\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eKill For Love\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e. We’re not sure if the song will make the final cut for the new album (whenever it decides to show up), but we’re treated here to a very different recording of “Camera” plus a handful of new tracks. The tune gets a moody facelift with a haunting new arrangement, stripping away the drums and underscoring the song’s bittersweet lyrics with the sugary vocals of \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.com\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=Ruth+Radelet\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRuth Radelet\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e. “Magazine” features more haunted robot vocals from \u003cstrong\u003eMiller\u003c\/strong\u003e in what sounds like an outtake from \u003cem\u003eKill For Love\u003c\/em\u003e, and the instrumental interludes “The Taste Of Blood” and “Flashback To Forever” call on \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.com\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=Johnny+Jewel\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJohnny Jewel\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e’s acclaimed \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.com\/search?\u0026amp;q=Johnny%20Jewel\u0026amp;filter=Brand\/Manufacturer\/Artist_fq:%22Johnny%20Jewel%22\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"\u003esoundtrack work\u003c\/a\u003e.
